And while at it, i want channel mode +c so we can strip away he color shit. channel mode +c eats up lots of cpu cycles as it has to parse every privmsg that goes through the network (a lot). Assuming all servers were running it, I do not see why not. This woud allow us to ban say: *!~*@*, but still exempt nick!~friend@without.ident It seems like a handy feature to me. It just requires that all servers have it enabled. I say yes though.

That error means exactly what it says, the class that your ip range falls into allows X number of users to be connected at one time, and all X slots are filled, so no one else is allowed on. This has nothing to do with anything else. Perhaps in the future you should educate yourself on the problem, ...

I have checked all the hosts you listed, and the respective addresses they resolve to against our ilines and klines to the best of my ability. None of the hosts/addresses are banned from efnet.nl, and all of them fit into our ilines to allow you on. My only guess if that if you can't connect you don...
