I use mirc. As far as oper specific features go, you will get further making each thing a separate script, rather than an all-in-one thing. Why is that? Because, as any oper should know, prefab scripts suck: they do the unexpected at the worst possible time and completely ignore what the help file t...

the driver responsible for the stop error is listed as rtl8081.sys. sounds like a nic driver, so, if that is the case, get the latest drivers from whoever made your nic.

The fact that you are posting about wanting such nicks points out that such nicks can be an issue. It is this issue that some servers do not wish to deal with. So, rather than saying that you can't have nick "g" but "h" is ok, they restrict all single letter nicks. This isn't any sort of nickname se...

Pardon me while I go off on a little rant =] Firewalls and routers that "alert" you to "whatever" suck. There isn't any point to it. It's pure marketing hype. There isn't anyting you can do with these "alerts" other than freak out about them. Imagine for a moment if other equiptment displayed the sa...

If I'm reading what you stated correctly, you are under the impression that something like 600 SYN packets equate flooding. Lets see how much data this is: 1 SYN packet = ~60 bytes (based on a google search) multiply by 600 = 36,000. Or 36k. If you have a 33.6 dialup connection, you would spend just...

Hello,

Can you paste the error messages you get when you try to connect?

Also, on efnet, there is no 'akill.' I say this only because I wish to insure you are seeing these error messages on efnet and not another network.
