Do take a moment to read http://irchelp.org/exploit - It's been explained there.

I don't think this bug actually crashes 6.03, at least my 6.03 client didn't crash, just my 6.1 and 6.11 client.

Its mixed, my 6.03 on win2k is fine, as are some other peoples on NT. Yet ive also seen reports of peoples 6.03 crashing.. We cant know why some crash and others dont unless specifics are given about the bug, and I dont think they will be.

ftp://ftp.snt.utwente.nl/pub/software/mirc/mirc612.exe
*cough* ftp://ftp.efnet.info/clients/win32/mirc/mirc612.exe would be more proper, as we are a offical mirc mirror now! 8)

Thanks to seiki and munky for fixing it.

Hopefully in some time we can be a offical mirror for a lot more irc-related.. eggdrop, muh, BitchX, irssi and so on..
