Submitting proxy information to rbl.efnet.org

Hi,

Me and a couple friends run a mid-sized IRC network (about 500-800 users), and we are using rbl.efnet.org as one of our proxy lists. I'm wondering if its possible to submit scanned information to this blacklist, just like it was when opm.blitzed.org was working.
